Interview

Went for an interview at a certain tertiary institution near to the borders of Singapore in the West today. Some of the strange things the person asked:
1. Why did I take such a huge pay cut when I switched from the previous job?
2. Why do I still want to go back to an educational institution after going to corporate?
3. Why didn't I do counselling since I did Psychology? (FYI this is a REALLY DUMB question to be asking me, just shows you didn't know a single thing about the subject at all. Stop being so shallow, people)
4. And just because I did maths in uni, he asked some strange Mathematics question about the number of windows falling per year so what is the probability of the windows falling per day? (..DUH!)

No wonder a friend was complaining that tertiary education institution workers are really dumb. I don't think I want to go back for the 2nd round of interview....
