Tried to figure out the HTML thingy so that I can get my counter to appear at the bottom of the blog. It sure took a very very long time! Very time-consuming and I still can't figure out how to remove the blue thingy on top of the footer. But at least I get the background to work so the counter can show up correctly. That's enough programming for the night.
