I don't understand my colleagues - 3

The group dynamics in my department is seriously wrong. I arrived at 9.40am but still is the first to arrive. I came late because I cannot take it anymore. Last night marked the 3rd night in the past week I worked till 3am. Can I be sick tomorrow?
